How I Began and Where I’m Headed
I am Clare Gehrhardt, the CEO of Gehr Tech. I started my career on Wall Street in 2006, after a few roles in the front office...publishing coordinator at Morgan Stanley, Executive Assistant at Bear Stearns then JP Morgan, Marketing Coordinator at BNP Paribas and an Associate at a start up broker dealer... I landed at DTCC where I started my Regulatory Reporting career in 2011. There I served as an FpML analyst in the IT department, I later moved into the product organization where I led several deliveries across the globe for the Global Trade Repository, the worlds first and only global derivatives repository. After 8 years at DTCC, I went to Bloomberg to serve as their North American Subject Matter expert. While I was there, I integrated their RHUB and RegTech (later Assurance) Platforms, I led 2 waves of Regulatory change and built a team of Global Regulatory Experts.
On that foundation, I decided to launch Gehr Tech. In short, I am bringing years of regulatory technology implementation direct to my clients. I have navigated multiple regulatory, data and technology changes over the past 13 years, and I aim to bring that expertise to my clients to accelerate their goals.
